β β β β β Persons especially coordinator knows very well customers pocket and do the job with their permissible work exactly what they want at this time. You have to compromise with car washing facilities (they donot have Ramp).

β β β β β I recommend this for servicing but not for insurance.
The staff is not much aware about insurance stuff, you need to deal and talk directly insurance company. It is very difficult for us to explain everything. I could get only half of the damaged covered via insurance. I had a similar instance in Pune, the workshop guys deal with insurance and got approved everything.
Second, it took around three weeks to get the repair done. They were saying that some part is not available in the city, they should have informed me before. Also first insurance inspection took 3 days.
