★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center is very unprofessional. They don't have proper knowledge about identifying the issue and they just change some parts and claim everything is fixed. But when I got my vehicle a new problem started with the AC. Then when I took it back to them they say that the whole compressor needs to be changed and they weren't able to identify it in the 1st time after keeping my vehicle for 14 days. Their staff is absolutely rude and doesn't care about your concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. They will give you car back in same condition((no effect of service) or may may be make it worse. Charged huge bill for servicing and did not even make effort to clean car . When asked who is manager with whom you can share concern . no one will come forward. And again no effort to rectify mistake as they have huge work load and no one cares. They have even created another listing with fake reviews for which address leads to nowhere on google maps. When you call they will guide to zenith auto . Now reason is clear. If you want to save your car better find good mechanic outside as cost will almost be half and service will be much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found it to be very unprofessional: the pick up was to happen at 2:30 pm but the driver came at 4:30pm. Had one office meeting to attend but got delayed because of the supervisor ‘Suparna Bose’ who even after repetitive request to wait kept on forcing for a quicker car release. Would be great if they understand and start respecting the value of other’s timing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workshop is in very interior lane from main road. Only one car can use the road during arrival or departure to the service centre. There is no parking lot present outside the service station. You have to have to place your vehicle on the the main road if inside place is full of vehicles. Service is good. Staff are decent & helpfull. Overall goid experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst service I faced. The Technician in charge never inspected the car post service and claimed all checked. They charge very high. Even they refuse to provide feedback form. Be aware of this place. I am going to complain to Mr Saptarshi Basu Das with my job card details.
