The paid service is also good and at very reasonable price .... I had gone through this place and I suggest you to go there instead of outside service centres
The workers are very friendly with the owners and they work perfectly with your vehicle because they are experienced and friendly with your vehicle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a worst service and worst untrained bunch of unprofessional working there. I brought my car DL2CAN9023 wagonR car after accident on 24th September 2021. As I live in Delhi and I was in Bihar during my holiday.There Staff Pankaj made forcasted bill of 2.5lakh. Once confirmed by Insurance agency before giving work approval it was only around 90,000. Again I asked them to email me details of forcasted repairs approved by Insurance in which I do have to pay they did not replied me. I made repeated reminder on email follow-up they never replied. I kept them calling and they only ask for advanced payment before repair only on telephonic conversation. Everything I wanted on black and white and requested them to email details on email along with bank account details. I never received. It took 3 months for the entire thing. Then second Villain his name was Uday claiming himself as senior manager,came on telephonic conversation. I requested him for the same thing. They failed to reply on email and failed to provide all information. Finally I decided to take my vehicle back from them. They asked for 20,000 rupees as parking charge and engine,radiator and other thing fixed on body as they had removed in past for insurance photography.Again I received account details on whatsApp only. I deposited 20,000 into Karlo service Centre bank account and requested them to fix engine and other parts of vehicle on body.
They refused to fix it after getting money and said it can not be fixed again as due to accident impact on the body. With no other option left I took my car back into pieces on 28th December 2021.
I asked them to give me invoice for the money I sent to them. They are not proving invoice and not responding to my whatsApp messages as they have seen the message as well.
Now I will go for legal procedure and sue them in court. I have all the evidence.
Again I hope if anyone is reading this comment he will act accordingly and do the right justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I am very dissatisfied and angry at the same time from the servicing did by the workers and staffs who works in this Maruti Suzuki Karlo Service Center, Digha.
If there is an option to provide 0 stars, then I will definitely give. First of all when you visit, there is no one comes to guide you and explain you properly and the servicing staff are very much irritated and rude. They don't have manners as how to talk with the customers. When I had done with my car servicing there were still a lot of dust and dirt present on the outer as well as inner surface of the car. Even there is a water logging in the lane so what is the use of the car wash my car pads will get stained. I personally would not recommend anyone to do car washing and servicing here, instead you will better do outside servicing at a cheaper cost. Here they will not give you exact information about calculation of the bill amount at each points. Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one simple word avoid this particular service center for the betterment of your car and pocket.
They will forcefully add various things your bill like additive, cleaner, etc. Even for a straight forward clutch replacement they will for you to replace the flywheel which is not necessary at all. They will use all the tactics to scare you in order to inflate the bill.
The customer lounge is just a joke.
And lastly you are left unsatisfied with the overall environment.
