I had booked a WagonR vxi 1.2 from Maniktala One Auto, last February. The Sales Person Mr. Anutan Chakraborty and Mr. Saheb Chakraborty mislead me, and tried to rip me off a lot of money.
These people raised an invoice - even before I had paid in full, and charged me 5000 for invoice cancellation, and they couldn't show me any policy for the same. As far as I know, invoice can't be raised till a product is delivered, and cancellation charges of Maruti is 295/-
I took the matter to their Vice President - Mr. Sreejit Dey, and it has been near about one year, but as of now, the matter hasn't been settled, and I think I lost my hard earned money.
