I had a very very bad experience at Maruti Service Center in Nagpur
I Had an accident and claimed insurance for
My Vehicle Maruti Vitara Brezza No MP20 CG 3744 on 16Sep2021
Handed over the vehicle at Service Center of Arun Moters Nagpur MIDC
they did all the formalities started the work
when I went to take the delivery of
my vehicle the on 24Sep21 the work was not
complete they have not installed the accessories properly
than some how in a hurrey the installed some and asked me to visit once again for this
I visited again and they installed it but it was not properly fixed
so now one by one they all are dropping on the roads
now the condition is one part is missing
I do not know where it was dropped while I was driving
and all other which I have collected are in the boot space of my can
My car is looking so weird and ugly and I am very disappointed and depressed
One Part of accessories on front bumper was painted but in different color it is also making it looks bad
I am attaching all the pictures If Maruti Suzuki will not resolve the matter
I will go to the consumer forum
I have no other choice Left head lamp is not working and the same was mentioned in
the Job card but it is still not repaired
