1. Huge space for parking all the vehicles
2. Service is quick and prompt
3. After sales service was also fair enough
4. Regular follow up is received from this workshop.
5. All modes of payment are accepted
6. Guidance and proper information is given to all the customers
7. Car is neat & nicely cleaned
8. They also have a Customer Lounge for their customers to sit
9. Reception desk answers all your queries
10. Security is also 24*7 available
11. Staff is formal and provides right information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked appointment slot for car service on Saturday expecting to get the delivery by end of day. After delivering the car, the person in charge called up and said AC servicing needs to be done. We told him no need to, since there was no issues with it. But he called up again and said the AC section has been opened for servicing. Got fed up and said that now they will charge for this service, which was not actually needed or requested by us. By 7 in the evening, he said that now cleaning is left, but won't be able to do it since all workers have gone home. So now, the pickup of the car should be done the next day. We waited for his call on Sunday till 11 am, and called him. He gave the same update that was given on Saturday evening (cleaning is left). Then again at 2 pm, the same update. Finally at 4 pm we personally went there and waited again for another 30 minutes. Finally got our car cleaned and serviced, payed extra unnecessarily for service not needed, and spent whole weekend without a car and unfinished errands.

even I don't know about that...my estimate was 1000/-
but after servicing of car... they are consuming Rs.175/- per car due to COVID 19...
Actually this was April 2022...
Neither any COVID cases...
They can sanitizae car, for all staff health concern.
Atleast they want to inform first...
Service was ok.
not so good.
Coffee and tea serving man was missing.
Need to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I went for my car servicing at 10:50, it took me more than one hr waiting only for making me entry card. And they says by the time of evening it is impossible to finish servicing .
They horribly increase all the charges too.

I was called up in advance for service time booking and confirmation as well. The service advisor was very polite and provided all the information and explain the details thoroughly. The delivery was also well in scheduled time on the same day. The admin/office staff was very responsive and prompt. They accept all types of payment including UPI. Very impressive serices. Also they have a shuttle serice from there showroom near CitiPride on Satara road to and fro. That will help a lot to save time and money too!
