★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally waste of time. They didn’t even touch your car internally and charge you for everything. I have gone for 50,000/- service and at 52,000/- I found my engine oil was not changed my car balancing was not done. They have charged for everything. Don’t spoil your money while going to this workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delay the work too much. And do not have clarity in the words. I got a call yesterday about my car’s part which was to be replaced and i asked them that should i come the next day, they said yes sir plz come. Abd today when i went there, they said our staff is on holiday who will sign on your job sheet so come tomorrow. They do not inform by themselves to the costumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services in this workshop are not satisfactory. Nobody from their staff is bothering to pay attention to the customers. Tea/coffee services are pathetic. We are waiting since 8am in the morning and it took them 4 hours to wash the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parts are not available for old cars(2012 model in my case). They will first order and then replace the old one without assuring us whether the problem will be resolved after new part replaced or not. Customer has to bear the price for the same without any guarantee. For parts to be ordered in advance customer also need to bear advance payment for the same. You always need to wait for job cards to be issued despite of having your car pre booked through reception desk.
It is Highly adviceable to go to other good maruti authorised service centre.

Most of the time they dont have spare parts available and it takes atleast 5-6 hours to get your car serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give negative 3 rating instead of 1 star. Took them 4 hours washing the car yet not clean. They don’t even have chairs to sit outside. Guard was rude. Staff was complaining they don’t get paid on time. Road to service centre is broken and filled with water which makes your car dirty ready for next wash.
