Dear Sir My name is Nilesh saroj i have purchased wagonor VXI 1.0 (O) car in the name of shweta saroj from deep motors azamgarh Uttar Pradesh showroom on 12/2/2022. I have had a very bad experience from the sales staff of Deep Motors The sales manager and sales executive(Vijay Chaubey) at Deep Motors is very Un-professional and untrained staff His treatment of his customer was very bad he and was shameful From Beginning to Last, Vijay Choubey (sales executive)Has Us Wrong Commitment My Problem is that when we went to the Deep Motors showroom for booking purpose, the executive was clearly told that I want the car registration of Maharashtra. At that time the executive said yes and accepting all our conditions, he forced us to booking and we booked the car at the same time But we did not know that the executive who was attending us would make false and wrong comments with us. My family is the existing customer of maruti suzuki this is the 4th car in our family of maruti suzuki but first time i got so bad experience When I tried to talk to Vijay Choubey , he did not talk to me properly and used to disconnect my call again and again. I am very happy to see the showroom of Deep Motora azamgarh Uttar Pradesh they have made very nice way and professional showroom But I didn't know that his sales staff is so bad he is unprofessional I specially request from maruti suzuki india limited & deep motors showroom azamgarh to take action on this subject as soon as possible And take action against such sales staff as soon as possible Otherwise such people defame your long-standing name and brand. Because maruti suzuki is a brand and such people your name is a black spot for that brand And I also request Deep Motors to take this subject seriously. Otherwise, such people can take the name and image created by you very low and your sales can also go into butty condition. I hope to get response from Maruti Suzuki & deep motors very soon.
