Tejas, service advisor, Kothari wheels Hadapsar carried out in depth inspection of my swift desire MH14 8433 and resolved all important issues! I communicated with him on mobile! He forwarded me videos of works carried out! Very nice experience !??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly and did a quick job. However the customer lounge needs improvement. Needs cleaning as it was filled with mosquitoes and nobody offered coffee or water although I was there for over 2 hours. Wifi password is not visible in the lounge and the TV was dead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car serviced after 1 year with them... My Swift car had developed many issues as it was parked and very less used... The staff was humble and kind to explain me all the issues and helped me give alternate solutions to reduce any unwanted cost... So that service repair cost does.not burdens my pocket. My car was serviced to my expectations. It is having no issues for last 10 days of usage now. I want to thank Mr Datta and Mr Amjad Khan General Manager for Service at MS kothari wheels for such a kind of services provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car got repair on this place on 9 May, this is the main maruti suzuki service and TRUE value center in pune. Services for this center are good but bit slow. It took 2 days for diagnose and another 2days for repair. Bit expensive from private service centers. For car pickup I went to the place, so in this time most of service centers provide pick and delivery. Car was dirty when I picked up, lot of oily handprint on car...reason that they didn't get time to clean...though my car was repaired one day back afternoon.
