Worst customer service and response. I wonder how they get best customer satisfaction. It didn't look like an authorized service center...they don't have even space for servicing.

Hello, I would like to complain against ob card no :JC20009569 DATED 06/03/2021 for my Maruti Alto (JH09F9126) Service. The concern is on Hospitality and Quality of service, which forced me to write this email. Hospitability:- My Service Advisor was missing when I went to pick up my vehicle. I have asked on cash counter to assign a replacement advisor so that I can inspect my vehicle, he casually told to go and ask someone. I went to the service area and literally beg to find one person to bring the car out to inspect. I called the assigned service advisor to send someone as I found the service was not done properly. Post my interaction with Rahul ( another service advisor) , I have asked cash counter person to deduct the money on Interior cleaning where he just passed a cunning smile and ask to pay the bill although I told I am not happy and will write a bad feedback. ( he just shook off his shoulders) Quality of Service Apart from regular Service, I have asked for interior cleaning this time at a cost of INR1200. ( I have negotiated the prince at INR 1000 K, which was agreed but not reflected on the bill for the first time) While inspecting the vehicle I found that the rear part of the vehicle was untouched while Normal OR interior cleaning. When highlighted to Advisor he just made a point that interior cleaning doesn't part of the floor and back . ( I am surprised why I was asked to pay INR 1200 for that service just to clean the ceiling and doors. Although I asked him even if it is not covered , why vacuum cleaning was not done as debris can be seen at back ( Dickey) Apart from that , glass were not cleans, Tyres were not dressed properly. I have to 90 mins sorting , chasing and shouting on people to get te Vchile cleaned. I have experience PATHETIC service from a Service Center that talk about quality. It is for sure that this is my last visit to this Service centre ( I was warned by my family members earlier, but I ignored those ) I am not sure if there will be an action or not on this email, but worth trying highlighting as a decision has been made already. Official dealer of Hindustan auto agency in Bokaro. Service time is high. No timeline binding. Workshop needs to maintain cleanliness. Waste specially glass smash is spreaded around 20mts all-around making it hazardous for neighborhood.

All workers are very lazy and waste our precious time. They waste our time whilr they enjoy gossiping. Even in the form fillup they try to not fill correct information intentionally so that they can steal things, please be very careful while going there

It's the worst for servicing. They worsne the condition of my then it was before I took my car to them. These people can't even do simple brake oil bleeding properly and can't rectify the problem even if they are properly told what to do. The mechanics are not even able to properly understand and rectify simply just ask the customers to get this part replaced or that. They are leeches that just want to leech your money and do nothing. If you not going for free service then think twice before going there for anything.
