★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst Maruti Service Centre I had ever visited. If you love your car, please don't visit them.
I had visited this service centre for my car's service (Rs. 40,000 km).I thought they are authorized service centre of Maruti Suzuki, but it was my mistake to visit them.
The service cost which was told appx 15,000 to me by the service advisor. He told me that the issues will be resolved and he will deliver my car on time(2 PM), but he delivered the car to me around 6 pm which show hows much professional/punctual they are towards their work.
I doubt that they have changed the oil and other part for which they charged me.
The service advisor was not aware of anything. Whatever problems in the car which were told to him, were remained unresolved in the car.
They charged me for screen wiper shampoo which was not there. I asked them to fix the dashboard of car which was lose, they didn't fixed that and said you come again to service centre some other day, we will fix it.I haven't got any alignment and balancing report.
I have a strong feeling that, they have serviced the car. They just washed the car and given back the car to me.
Instead of visiting them, I would have visited the local garage who had done a better service then them.
So overall in totally they are 0 in their work.And would recommend others to avoid these kind of service centres.
