★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wagon R suffered breakdown on the road near to M.S.Services as clutch wire of the vehicle was broken. They charged Rs.1300 which is about double the normal charges in the market for the job done.

Exceptionally poor services. The mechanic is not at all trained. Not expected from maruti. Our car stopped so we thought being Maruti Authorized they would know how to get it repaired. Instead they kept it for 4 long days and spoiled it even more. Worse services ever.
My Advice- don't give your car here, you will repent. They can't even service properly as most customers were complaining. I am sire the 5 star are fake reviews.
They called some mechanic from other branch he took few mins to point. Out some mistakes and said your car will get repaired in 3 hrs. He was very rude as well.
PS after we took the car from them at 2pm midnight we got it repaired from a local mechanic in 3 hrs time.
Also we found our radiator and few more parts damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After traveling from Mumbai to nagpur our Maruti celerio was malfunctioning. After getting it to this service center Mr. Vishal attended us, and tried to resolve the issue. And on the ways back to mumbai from nagpur we faced some issues,so, besides the closer of the centre he managed to get a technicianespecially for us.But as we left nagpur Mr Vishal provided us next near service station n talked personally to the manager of next location. Overall it was a good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheat in the Name of Maruti.
My Alto is just 1.5 year old.(milage 10000 km -in warenty period)
I have taken routine service hare trusting the name Maruti.
They suggested to change air filter,break oil,etc and made a bill of 6500/-
But after service vehicle failed in jungle 90 km from nagpur.
Whole day I suffered with family, but they have not sent any mobile service van.
They asked to call Kunal Moter in Chhindwara.they asked me to pay towing charges, and took the vehicle to Chhindwara.I was helpless so I had to do that.
At kunal moter they told me that fuel pump is not working, some one has changed it.
Also they said it will take 10-12 days to change the pump because they dont have it.(will cost around 5000/-)
How a authorised service center can say they dont have fuel pump(a part mandatory to start engine) of the vary common vehicle alto.
They said that it is not available at any service center of Madhya Pradesh.
At this time I had doubt, so I went to jabalpur and it was easily available at local shops, that to just for Rs 1400/-
I took it, went back to chhindwara, kunal moter charged me Rs 3200/- and changed fuel pump and vehicle got started.I came back to Nagpur.
Whole incidend wasted my money around 11000/-,Spoiled my holiday and wasted 3 days.
Don't get your vehicle serviced from MS Service they will replace your new part with old one, and then fetch more money from you if you stuck somewhere at remote locations.
