Way too high charges.
This service center doesn't care about customer satisfaction , they just care about billing amount. they will add unnecessary amount in your bill. They even charge you for paper floor mat. They will try and push your bill amount from 4 digits to 5 digits.
They will not tell customer about optional services. They charged me for Upholstery cleaning(1000) which they should have informed is optional.
Even when the AC is functioning well they have charged high amount for no reason which was not required. If we ask for why the service is required they will say you need to do this in 1yr.

Had booked the service one day before.
Reached there at 10 am and was attended in few minutes . Mr Sachin attended the case . It was an 80k km service for my Swift Dezire Diesel.
The examination started with a road test and he gave me a long list of jobs to be undertaken . I agreed only for 80k km service and rear shock replacement . I denied wheel balancing, AC service, Interior Cleaning which saved me about 3.5K for now which I would be spending later at my convenience by giving it to individual specialist. 80k Km service costed about 9K and Shock replacement was about 4K.
There was no water at the station so they could not wash the car after service but offered me a free wash next time. my home is about 60km from this place and I wonder when can I go there for a free wash . I was pleasantly surprised when the basic interior cleaning finished in about 5 min. But they could have paid more detail to basic interior cleaning . I feel that just because I denied the paid interior cleaning they did not bother to do basic interior cleaning . Next day when I checked the interiors it was quiet in the same condition when I gave it , with small dusts in the corners and seats and various pockets . Gives a feeling that evening vacuuming or blowing out was not undertaken. That’s y I took out two stars making it three star ? rating .
All the Ppl whom I interacted were very nice to me like the security guy , service guy , test drive guy , cleaning guy , tea guy , front office guy and specially Mr Sachin . All the best to all.
Edit 1 . Got a call from the executive regarding this3 star rating . I told them regarding the interior cleaning and told that they are ready to despatch a team to clean the same . I have refused it . Good that ppl are concerned about these reviews . Nevertheless not changing the star rating .
