★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have New swift 2022 the car has gone for the 1 service the girl who call’s me she said if you give your car at 10 then we will revert it at 2pm Max and when i have given the car at some where around 7:40 and if we talk about the service they have done nothing to it even they not given the wash and no deep cleaning even they guys have done the demage and also the minor scratches kindly don’t go for this service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my aulto for engine leakage but these guys instead of doing running repair did clutch change without telling me. These people have cheated me . I am still facing engine problem . These people have zero knowledge and spoiling maruti suzuki name

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this center. they are not master. I have visited them twice in my lifetime and both time had bad experience.
Recently i serviced my wagonR with pick-drop. when my car was returned battery was drianed and it didn't started next morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First service of my car and I had very bad experience slow and care less service advisor. Spoiled my car paint and didn't rectify it. Hijacked my car and was not letting my go even after paying bill and given gate pass. Staff behaviour very care less and arrogant didn't want to do their work. Don't go here if you want to protect your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was really pathetic to get service with you. Not a single job done and only you people are making money in name of authorized service center. If you can't tight a box which was creating noise and your excuse if you missed it, how it is presumed that other jobs has been done. Really feeling sorry to give my vehicle in wrong place and to unprofessional executives.
Unethical and cheating will not give you benefit in long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not the great experience having my car service done there, from the pickup of my car till the drop off my car at my place, pickup wasn't on time 3 hours delay due to which I didn't receive my car same day, and service was not clean, I don't know what have they serviced, the call was received from the car advisor some part need to be change which I agreed to, but car was not clean at all, all black marks on my car entirely, shocking was no body took my call( Customer cake / service Manger) till the time they wanted me to pay the bill, most shocking the guy who came to drop my car, up front asked me to give him some money what ever I feel like. I cannot write more to it, but I won't rate them good, however call recieved from the manager in last just made sure that he will look into the matter but no solution given to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engineering staff is untrained, less technical knowledge of auto parts and seeing the high volume of cars, they don't work as per need of the hour. Staff need to be more trained and my overall experience as a customer was unforgettable. They asked me to take the car on weekend and when I reached the center on Monday, my car was not available due to washing and cleaning was not done on time.
I have to spend 3 hours at the center to make sure I have the car washing and cleaning done on time and with proper care.
After all of this they expected from me to give the rating as EXCELLENT.
I would like to say my experience was pathetic.
