★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and worst..... And worst service, they show something and do something else... Like charged for the same services twice in different invoice. Added additional charges for body shop and servicing in different invoice, inspite of saying no for additional items they still added in the bill....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is specific to workshop as I've not experienced the sales team.
The staff at this workshop is very co-operative. I have another Maruti workshop close to my residence but I prefer this workshop due to their customer friendly approach. The staff responds positively to your specific requests and most importantly they do not drown you with unacceptable bill amounts like most other service centers do.
Hope they continue with their customer-centric approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep on adding parts to be replaced just because it makes a sound and do not even check if it can be repaired. They will make a list of services that is 1.5 times costlier than other Maruti service centres. I even got my wheels aligned there once. Turned out, the car was still moving on the left side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service experience is excellent, but I suffered from some issues, like during waiting period Thier is sudden cutoff electricity there is no back for the same and for that I had to wait for washing my car, vacuuming, lift was also not working for the same...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Pickup and drop facility available which is nice. Staff is good but less confident, seems like they are forced to work here. And you have to do pinching yourself to get your work done if its not inclusive in your package (Normal Servicing). I had the worst experience on my first visit, but improved in later visits.
(Don't believe if they give you reason like "item is not available in stock", or Less workforce available to do that job)
