Their services, client dealings , value addition to the sevices ,makes one feel like making the right choice at the first place. Giving stars on Google is just a ritual, my praise and kudos to pasco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience to get my car serviced at Pasco service centre. Along with the work station, the customer service is also very good. There is both indoor and outdoor space to spend time, also I was offered a drop back to my home if I wanted to leave. The person who helped me out with the service was Bablu Singh, he was very helpful and had a good knowledge about the vehicle inside out. I will also get my next service done at Pasco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service manager Mr. Gagan there deserves 5 star as he understands customer pain and tries his best to resolve the issue however if you dont inspect the car before taking it back, you would have wasted your time and money and I feel, I can get better job done from outside.
Taken my car for washing, it took more than 4 hours in total. After 2.5 hours of reaching there, they said its done however at time of inspection I found my car was not cleaned properly (just done little bit for sake of finishing the work), very unprofessional.
After raising the voice and speaking to service manager Mr. Gagan, he asked me for half an hour more and assured me he will inspect it by himself before handing over. It took longer however I got what I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Manager Sudhir Kumar was very helpful and understood the problem and gives best service and quality. Though Vitara Breeza Car was not in running from last 1 year, but after complete service was done he ensures the car every part is working fine and it felt like new car now (4.5 year old car - 2017 model).
Full 10 / 10 marks to Mr. Sudhir Kumar .
