All services of Patel Motors is Very Good . I am very satisfied from your service . But your Washing Service is very Poor. Washing Booth employee is not work properly . They not clean vehicle properly ,they Deleverd vehicle very Dirty. Please Improve this section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center is good for basic repairs and carwash of your maruti cars but if there is some major issues in your car like some (shaft replacement or some big body part) maximum times they don't have the parts available and even sometimes they don't have some small parts like "weather strip" so if it's a big issue in your car try to go at "RAU location"(near IPS), they also take less time as well. But overall this is a good place for normal services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with their service and their guest relationship management. Calling 2-3 times a day, everyday including sundays for service request which is very annoying. Requested multiple times to not call again but same thing happens again. Kindly and immediately improve your policies, the management and administration is faulty and their employees have to face annoyed customers like us.
