★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for servicing any Maruti vehicle from here. Basic services they lack and they don't have sufficient mechanics and manpower. Total 7 persons are available in which 2 ladies sit at reception, one for calling to customer and other for billing. 1 engineer only for inspecting vehicle along with 2 helper and 2 men for washing vehicles..lot of improvement is required and this kind of service is not expected from maruti. Most of the vehicle accessories were not available including basic things like car polish. This service centre lacks everything, only good thing is that it is near by Aurangabad Bihar. My experience is worse because I book appointment from maruti in advance and went accordingly but I didn't get any preference and despite being on time, I was the last person to get service. Ladies at reception lack empathy, they don't understand customer problem and don't want to care. Last not the least they don't have a que system which you can see in the photo board is blank.
