Rediculas service will not give then for service again and will go back to kiran motors again for service which takes no more then three days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there second time for the bodyshop releated work. When first visited this place they never delivered on their commitments but at the time delivery of repaired car they want you to give the best of the best rating/feedback and forced you for it.
Today again when I visisted this workshop, staff at workshop is extremly manner lees and need some traiming on softskills. They made you sit waiting for long.They give expected time for repair on there own and intentionally tried to delay the delivery. Further while taking documents and doing papaer work staff were doing their own personal work and attending some personal calls making me sit for almost 45 min for it and when requested to make it little faster, answer given was he is doing my work only. some senior person at the workshop who initially told that repairing work will take 4 to 5 days (as damaged is minor) and later joined the junios staff and telling that it will take 10 days.
Advice all to avoid this workshop rather go to any other maruti workshop for service and repairing.
Worst service which atleast not expected from the brand like maruti suzuki.
Company should look in to this and take corrective steps as they are ruining the name of Maruti.
