★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud place. They refused to accept my car for service when I had time to monitor it and self drove the car to their office at 10.45AM. They picked up car for service from office next day. Returned back in 5 hours. To find out that cleaning was not done properly both inside and outside. Slowly discovered in a week time that most probably service was not done at all. They took 5k and still brakes were creaking as usual, wiper was not working properly and not reported. The windshield was coated with white film that I discovered during night driving a day after. The white film was when the glass is not cleaned dry. Water residue or whatever stays back. The performance of the car as usually felt after servicing was not found for the first time after servicing from authorised maruti service center. This was my 6th service. This is a cheat place. I just pray that they have not changed spare parts which is another characteristics of a fraud service center. One thing which I already knew and had plans too was that they reported that tyres need change. I did that the very next morning. Try avoiding this place unless you can stay and monitor their service. Especially if you are not from Gujarat and do not understand Gujarathi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This maruti showroom is the one of the best one which I have seen till yet. This showroom is a new one in Vadodara, but I must say that they r thorough professionals. The sales staff is very cooperative. They help u in every possible manner. Sales executive Mr Kiran Rabari, is d person to whom I was in contact for purchase of my car. He helped me in every possible way, and also in getting the best deal. Also, I got my new car's 1st servicing done here only. They hv a spacious, beautiful n big workshop. The GM of workshop, Mr Deepak Sharma is a very good person. He explained to me abt the workshop n how it actually functions. He went with me for almost 30mins to 1 hr around d workshop. The washing of car is here done by machines n not manually. The workshop here is well maintained. The customer lounge here is beautiful. The arena n workshop is full AC n d best part is u can actually c ur vehicle getting serviced from the lounge thru d glass. Three cheers to the team, hope they continue these fabulous services. This review is by my own will n wish. ?
