★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very nice experience at this service center.
I was driving from Pune to Baramati and within 20 minutes of the initial drive I realized that the engine was getting too hot.
I was suggested to visit this service center as it was on the way.
Being pre-diwali season there was a big rush at the service center; so I had to wait for long time.
But the patience paid. Service advisor Mr Shivaji attended to my issue very well, when he found that I was with my mother who is 75 years old, he took care that my car's issue gets resolved soon.
He instructed the mechanic ( forgot to ask his name) to quickly do the needful.
Mr Shivaji took all the necessary precautions ( test drive, rechecking ) as I had to go out of town.
I also realized that the service advisors were very busy with calls and Mr Shivaji had to attend and respond various clients at the same time, which he was doing without any complaint.
I am very satisfied with the efforts that he and the mechanic took and also with the fees charged.
Thank you Mr Shivaji, Thank you Sai Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to compliment one of your employees Mr. Sanjeev Patil,(WM) for the excellent service he provided me every time I visit. Mr.Patil helped me to sort out the problems after I revealed that there is a muffler 'o' ring noise in my car.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive by him. Hence, Mr. Patil's professionalism and enthusiasm to get to the root of the issue promptly exceeded my expectations. Just within one hour, his team resolved the issue in my car.
This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction has to be acknowledged. Having in mind such a pleasant experience with you. it would be my pleasure to continue doing servicing of my car at your showroom in the following period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here today for my speed governor and fitness certificate of my tourist car Swift Dzire Tour S (for fitness/passing purpose), the rude Mr. Sanjeev Patil (Service Manager) asked me to do servicing from this service center only or visit Sai Service, Deccan, to get the documents, I said that I manage my car servicing through private garage. As I live near this service centre, it was convenient for me to visit here. But, to my surprise the service manager's rude behaviour and unhelpfulness was next level even on call before I visited here. I hope this review will be acknowledged by the highest authority of this service centre or Sai Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and prompt service. Advisor Mr. Nikhil took quick action and part was replaced in time. Though I came late to workshop they did not gave any excuse and completed the work before going home. I really thank them for their devotion towards their work and customer satisfaction.

After repair he told me whichever changes he did. Now I got my car in very good condition. I was impressed by his kind words, politeness, efficient work.
