You will be greeted with all the employees the moment you enter the compound. Customer service and Engineers working there are so down to earth that you will have that satisfying feeling of handling your Car in safe hands.

β β β β β Had a not so great experience with Sai Service, Turbhe.
Had been to the service center looking at the great reviews which all pointed to great service and customer satisfaction. At the workshop, they do have a good process to guide the customer towards relevant processes, getting the car checked for service etc.
Alas, for me however, in the end this whole experience left me with a sour taste.
What felt amiss for me was the lack of proper basic communication between the body shop and the service center towards providing updates to the customer who is left waiting to know when he will get his vehicle back. Ultimately the responses which were received were "Please ask the body shop/service guy" and viceversa.
I needed to replace some parts on my car, but despite sending the photos with part number(for one part) to both the advisors(one from service and other from body shop) ultimately, it was not delivered and also no valid justification was provided.
I was given a call by the customer service team for my feedback to which I provided my honest feedback based on the experience.
Despite multiple promises that they will get back to me with a resolution, I am yet to receive any response.
Not taking any names as this post is not intended to malign anyone or any organization. Just wanted to share this honest review so that other customers should not have to go through the ordeal faced by me.

β β β β β Paint job was done well , claim done fast , closed in 4 days however there still lies a rattling noise between the metals , no cushioning done between the metal as it's on the right side light area.
Mechanic needs to be trained right !!
