★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car Swift new model is with one issue w.r.t dashboard noise . I had told this issue thrice and company do charged every time but till date issue is not fixed.
Last time when i send my car they kept it for 3 days and gave me assurance that issue is being checked and will be fixed and also changed some part also and also charged me for that. But as usual problem was of A and solution they gave something else….
Not at all happy with service. pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not visiting Sai Service ever again. There's no support that they can provide over phone. The last time I visited, I explained my problem to three different people from three different departments and after spending almost two hours at the centre, there is still no help or support or even feedback or acknowledgment that I have received from them.
Insted of concentrating all your energies towards just calling people to remind them that their service and insurance renewal is pending, they should listen to their customers more and work towards resolving or even acknowledging the issues after reporting that to so many people multiple times.
This is GOOD BYE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Extra suggestions and added into bill and my car suspension totally not working after adding new parts as per their request and now they are saying to replace whole suspension. My car total 38k running only.I will not recommend to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing my car here from 6 years. So far service has been excellent. Service advisers are very helpful in repairs or insurance claims.
Recently my Service Advisor IRFAN SHAIKH went above the expectations to ensure the safety repair was done in time before my long travel.
Overall i personally recommend Sai service ?? Keep it up ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been 4 years now and am getting my swift dzire serviced here only. Staff is good, their services are also good, professional mechanics and good overall results. Though in my recent visit ie. In feb 2022 i found ppl got many learning from covid but here in this showroom where there is cutomer sit out area a water cooler is present but no disposable glasses were there only a steel glass was there from which their mechanic staff everyone was using same glass. I was like seriously?? 4 stars am giving for overall service and staff.. but they should think of this water related concern...
