★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miss placed my car wheel cap, when I asked simple they removed from other car I guess and fitted to my car,later I have asked regarding my car wheel cap, then I got answer they have ordered . It's been 2 week now still I have not received. If we don't pay some amount they will not release our car. When they miss placed our car they didn't bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended this service center by a friend and thought of giving them a try. All the staff I interacted with was very professional. Had an insurance claim with multiple dents, body parts and headlamp damage.
Mr. Patil was introduced to us for this claim and he assessed everything, helped us with the form, gave us clear estimate and possible claim coverage. He did it very professionally and explained the further process as well. We were free in less than half an hour.
Mr. Patil then kept me updated when the insurance adjuster came, the final assessment, any change in estimates and date of delivery. All went as promised earlier.
When I went for delivery, I was pleasantly surprised to see the car well in shape, work done very professionally, and moreover the car cleaned both inside and out along with internal polishing as well. I recalled how other service centers didn't do all that in a previous claim. I would recommend Mr. Patil for any insurance related work.
In 8 years of loyalty at my previous service center I never received this kind of service. Decided to switch to Sai Service Salunkhe Vihar here on. Wish I had known them earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place: It seems that they are working inca constrained space but even then it's not limiting or restraining their efforts.
Manpower: They have a set of very able minded individuals in mechanical and managerial sections who makes it very easy for the repairs or servicing.
Work: As said by Cervantes in Don Quixote that the proof of the pudding is in the eating. But rest assured as I am writing this review after taking 4+ years of services and claims.
Compared to third party services: I have tried Go mechanic once and other service providers. During their services, I didn't found the level of professionalism rather it was kind of quid pro quo. So you negotiate quality with lesser charges..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under staffed and hence takes time to attend to customers. Have started levying charges for every small thing. Checking charges, service charge, labor charge product charge. I sincerely fail to understand what comes under the main service charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this service center for a while, and it’s always been the same story. Their minimum billing amount for any customer is INR 10,000 ~ 12,000, even if your car is in good condition and just needs a basic service. On my recent visit even though my ODO showed 71,500 kms, they still insisted on a 80k service and the charges that came along with it. While convenience has been a reason for choosing them, I am now on the hunt for a new service center. I get my Honda Brio serviced for half this cost.
It’s been particularly bad since covid. Guess the new goal they’ve set for themselves is since we aren’t getting customers, rip-off the ones that do enter.
