Uskilled person seated .....not value for customer.........pathetic....... I had booked car in mangaon raigad .............team leader (Mr.Gurav)think like he is owner of simran motors....rude behaviour........not having skill to handle the customer or not given proper information .................he didnt have skill to explain genuinly regarding vehicle ...........he directly told me you cancelled the booking..........without any information for car delivery he directly pressurised to do the payment otherwise in three days car will be deliver to another person (already i wait for three months and more.......)he dont have custmer value..........................need to change team leader if they want to go ahead their buisness....................finaly thank Mr.Mahesh and Mr.Mandalik sir for there kind intervation to this matter to handover car to me after 3-4 months.................request all dont book car in mangaon ..........if anyone want purchase the car kindly go to panvel branch to book the same. WORST EXPIRIENCE, POOR response,no customer value,(MANGAON BRANCH)..............................Very poor service Sales agent is poor, they will say something and deliver something else .Never buy any accessories from showroom full of commission and poor quality product they give . Pathetic overall experience. They needs to improve the quality of service and support to customers or else it will be disaster . 1

Worst Experience ever... very delayed work and fake promises for delivery on Service. Really frustrated by such experience. I had put my Swift for emergency repair on 11 Sep 2020. **Still the repair has not been done its more than 2 months now on 18th Nov. Every week they make false promises of delivering in next week. In spite of several visits and repeated calls to Service executive as well as the Manager still no use. Really worst experience ever. Would suggest to never put your vehicle in Simran Mangaon ever even in case of any emergency. Update 21 Nov 2020: Finally received the Car today after 2 months and 10 days with huge bill. #Worst_experience #delayed_service #excess_bill #MarutiSuzuki
