β β β β β Totally disappointed with the services. Customer support department is absolutely not at all co-operative. These people really lease bother about their customers. Without my knowledge they change my telephone number in their system. Manager and their staff don't have time to listen our problems. I have received text from maruti for the same and I immediately approach near branch but they are also very new about all these things

β β β β β Was quite reluctant initially but the staff is well trained. I had a coolant pipe failure had to replace the entire coolant assembly(pump). The staff and advisor got it replaced within an hours time. They ensured that I didn't had to wait as I was traveling to different city.

β β β β β If I am not wrong, Sai Services has not one more branch on Main road. They granted as authorised by NEXA and new centre started with the name NEXA.
Earlier I have done car servicing from Sai Services and they are very prompt. Rates are reasonable.
