Poor customer service
Not do proper work on your car ...irresponsible work..
Third class paint service ..over allm not recommed any one for vipul or for maruti cars
Two times m go there for claim nd bill was 23 k and 17k
But work is not even 50% of the price ....
Advisors r not listning the prblm of customers nd give u date ..to date .... too irritate
My bumper paint is not done properly ...little bit paint remove im 1 to 4 days ....
Vipul is only fool the people..
Even customer service is not good ..DGM AND GM also irresponsible ....both are only sitting on chair mrng to evng ....vipul is most descusting .service center for maruti ????
And i personlly not recommend to go wth vipul?

Mne car complain me di for bumper paint or ek do or kaam thy
But unhone khaa mjhe ki apka bumper bhr nikaal k paint kiya gyaa hai but jab mne bumper k niche dekha to vhaa scretch vse he lge hue thy jse phle thy iska mtlb unhone bumper nikaal kr paint nhi kiyaa ...
Nd complain service k baad bhi diggi k paint par white spots hai ..to unka khnaa h ki sir itnaa farak to aahe jaata hai ...
Nd mne ek advisor ko khaa air rubbing proper nhi hui hai to unka khnaa tha ki aap jitni mrzi mrzi rubbing le jaao hmse ...hm bhi to 100 rupe deke ghr par he krvaate hai .....
Mjhe ghr par he krni hoti to 23thousand vipul ko q deta....
too descusting ?
Vipul loyality k liye to bilkul nhi hai .....they make fool decent people and make money only?
See tv is not working and A/C is approx dead ?a/c is not cooling and not working ......
I complaing this to gm nd dgm also after 1 month whn m go for claim
And now there is no fix for this customer service complaing ??

They also require spare parts for viechle and return back to store after your vicehle is serviced for make money in thier pockets..... Need bribe every time and from every customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got my service and repairs done from this center. The staff is very good and supportive. With respect to the work done, I would have to say it's not upto the mark about the water service as a lot of dust on seats and dashboard were there.
