★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall process is smooth & hassle free, but certainly some gaps are there. I evaluated my old Swift Dzire at a price of my choice from them but after 1 week researching from other used car dealers they brought down by price by 10,000. That was shocking. Secondly the payment was done after 1 day, claiming it has to go to a certain process, whereas if you sell at other used car dealers, it is done instantly on spot. Although they valued at best price before as compared to any other company, but I found some gaps as highlighted.
Overall I would rate 4 stars because my cars price value evaluated by them with same meter reading claiming 10k less. Rest everything was fine from their end.
