★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On website, when I tried online evaluation...it didn't inform that they don't prefer cars older than 7 years...but in agency it was informed that they buy cars not older than 7 years....it will be appreciated if they write more information on their website.Some people were very helpful....like Manoj ji in True Value.

Service road condition is poor.
Facility is quite good and well maintained
Visitor Parking facility is there and corona guidelines are maintained.
You have the option of buying inspected cars from others brand.
But maruti brand card are given warranty and services if they are 2015 and above year model number.
I would not suggest females to visit by public transport at this facility.
Overall satisfactory experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are less options available right now and the thing is they don't follow up or they won't give the correct information regarding availability and the models and the features of the cars. Plus everyone have different information, no sync between their staff. Time wasted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice collection of cars and the sales executive person was very genuine and gentle man. He treats and greets us well and gives us the test drive of vehicle we requested.
If you are looking for used cars then better to visit there ones and never buya car from local dealer however you will get bit higher cost at true value but there will be no chance of cheating.
If you are user and not a mechanic of car and looking for second hand car then true value will be the best choice for you.

Mr manoj treated really well and neeraj also was wonderful in cordination.
Their billing process needs slight of an improvement though. When u buy cars +valued lakhs, they still ask u to pay 1.5% extra if you pay by card. It defeats the nationwide efforts of adopting digital payments. Asking for additional fee on cards is 20yr old practise.
