Excellent service and affordable cars. All the staffs are polite including security and professional one and specially I would like to mention the name Mr. Abhay Shah.They kept all the commitments which are they made while dealing. All COVID related protocols are followed carefully while entering into showroom.

If you are looking to purchase used car, True Value is the best and trusted option I will recommend. They will let you know everything about the car which you are going to purchase. If it is accident they will let you know. If it is painted, they will let you know.
Apart from it, representatives are really helpful, they will make buying procedure smooth and they are really attentive.

I will personally appreciate the concern of their sales Sr. Executive Mr Abhay Shaha. He is really good salesman who do the things very timely and meticulously. He is very kind in his approach to customer.
I purchased Alto 800 recently from them. Many of the problems pointed out by us were resolved by their team. The negotiations were at win-win situation.
I am also equally thankful to other staff of Sai Service Maruti True Value at Sinhgad Road. They are also quite kind and helpful. I categorically spoke about Abhay Shaha as I know him, since I purchased Maruti Ritz in 2017 from Phugewadi, when they had their office there. I have no intentions to underestimate the other staff compared to Abhay Shaha.
Here I cannot forget to convey my thanks and support extended by the HDFC Bank executive (Mr Sandeep), I hope (if I am not wrong).
In nut shell I had a great experience and staff and their services are excellent! That's all I can say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never would I visit this place again to inquire about purchasing a second-hand car.
It started with the watchman asking us what I wanted to do there!!
The salesmen there are more interested in entertaining their visiting friends than prospective customers.
The saleman attending to us was literally pushing us to opt for a car if his choice rather than what we preferred.
He appeared bored and constantly distracted. Finally we walked off frustrated at the behaviour.
Collection of cars were satisfactory but not impressive.
