★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Team, I had purchased the Celerio 2017 model Automatic car from True Value on 31st October 2021. As per the brand of True value, the service provided by True value was pathetic. When i had checked the car during booking, it was is in good condition, but when checked at time of booking and checkout process, there was scratches showing like done of accident. Although Sales person told it was not accident car, but that car had major scratches. He told he will do it use it for some day and then we can do denting and painting and after 15 days of purchase, car started giving noise, issue with madguard, one tire was change right one and remaining all were of same type. I told them to cancel, they were not agreeing , they told you can do exchange with simran motars but will not get car at same price. after major argument , he decided to change the tire, sales person saying in warranty of service they don't change tire and also denting issue which we had raised at time of taking car, now their Manager name Harish is saying you need to take in writing , we cant believe and all. Frankly, it was not good service, which i had seen from reviews.
Before taking car, do check all this things, dont do hurry.
