Its worst experience I faced actually 2018 I taken Maruti Swift desire car I invested almost 6,30,000rs one of the sales executive Mr rajkumar said if you selling car in future like after 3years also you loss only 60k to 1lakh but recently I went to show room as a same person told now we arena not take old cars that to they said estimation price very low like 4,50,000 don't trust on this people and they are cheted to customers also and i loss almost 2lakhs

I had a worst experience with Truevalue Enikepadu showroom and Mr.Prakash. I have purchased vehicle on 20th Jan.. maruti k10. But i booked n advance given on,17th jan At point of discussion on car price and all... Myself n sale person Mr. Prakash (988*****22) decided n commited one final price including all paper work (ownership change n insurance name change etc), 3 free services and car engine and gearbox warranty.. and at the point of discussion itself requested them complete RC proccee in a week because I have to go back Chennai by month end.. thy said it's one day process next day by EOD RC will b in our name. Only thing I have to do is my finger print tumb n my adhar upload.. Update as of now today 30th Jan.. Till now, they haven't provide documents for warranty n free services.. Till the date, my car ownership remains same with old customer/owner.. Today I went to RTO office n tried to complete the process of ownership change for RC by paying 1500rs from my pocket.. around 2000 rs i paid including 3 time figure print tumb. Again i have to go RTO on Monday for documents verification as today it got delayed because of not providing required documents by showroom staff n mr.prakash.. For providing form 35, i have been followed up continuously fr 3 days.. and at RTO office -- they can't even provide one document that is car payment receipt. Took much time. And also, they asking me to change car insurance to my name.. i have do it seems... At the point of car delivery,: Beforeday itself i requested them to give car delivery at 11am, they said ok n asked me to come atleast one hour before of car delivery then I said S n went next day at 10am.. they delivered at 12:30 around. After completing my payment they telling some scanner or tumb is not working for changing RC name.. Somehow i managed in my friend's office asked showroom staff to make payment.. fir that no update.. they forgot to keep car mats while delivering. Again i visited showroom nextday. In one of my calls with Mr.prakash, i said, i will complaint/escalate to your seniors and I received response like "do what you want" (in Telugu cheppukoo). At last, they given feedback form about their services quality n improvement.. they asking me to select/give as "excellent" OMG?‍♂️ In our IT one sentence is there.. "Simple sitting and monthly getting" I'm not sure, why maruti is encouraging these staff.. Finally, this showroom is not at all recommend.. better to go any other Truevalue show room in Vijayawada or rajamandry.. Note: here my intention is not to blaim someone and only my intention is not to visite enikepadu showroom untill staff change. Namaste! Siva Ravuri
