★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: the store has a good stock of pretty much all the accessories that you would need for your car. The prices are very reasonable, collection is good, staff is very friendly and prompt at work.
Cons: owner is slightly rude both on call as well as when you visit in person. Probably he thinks it's a government office and customer service is the least priority for him (may be I visited the store on a bad day)
Verdict: you can surely visit the store as their collection is good, reasonably priced, and quality service, just be patient with the owner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this car decor. Bad to worst experience.
1. Not open for price negotiation which is fine if it is competitive to the other players in market but that is not the case. I myself installed seat covers, scuff plate etc. which are like 15-20% cheaper that this place and of same material and brand
2. Very unprofessional in installation. (For example removed child seat Isofix from the back seat and covered it with the seat cover and after asking why they removed, the answer was like 'no one wants these so we removed it..'. I had to request them by visiting second time. Waste of time waste of money.
3. Only entertain those with luxury cars other wise you will be like 'wait or go' kind of attitude . Feels like you do not get proper answers to your queries.
4. Minor issue: You have to go back and forth from front shop to back garage which is not in the proximity of the shop for the payment and checking part and pricing etc.
I personally do not recommend unless you have any friendly connection with the owner.
For the new buys i would recommend to go Telephone exchange square. You will find lot more reasonable shops to visit that this.
