★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All trainers are good and helpful. Clean facilities not typical gym smell . Made a lot of friends here. They have lot activities over the weekend to challenge your limits. I wanted to join the gym for 3 weeks and the owners and staff was really helpful and gave me the best and competitive price.

Value for money is "Zero" wheather to say "Negative"
Tip : Never Join this Gym without talking a 7
DAYS of trial.
Cons.
* Compact space
* No vantilation
* No trainer
* There is no ventilation, you may feel
suffocation
* Gym equipments are of poor quality
* Too loud music with third class music.

Pros.
* Good STAFF (not talking about trainer)
* Gym open all days except National Holiday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a great gym with mostly all possible equipments and it is also cost effective. Becomes a little crowded during peak hours, and also congested due to limited space. Trainers are great, available to help you around.
I joined this with personal training from Arya Sir am year ago, his technique and training was unique, although he held 2-3 clients at the same time, there were time problems also, and some issues with the results I was supposed to have.
Later I took training with Deepak sir, I have been doing good so far. Not the results I was expecting although.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym in town , amazing trainers attending all the clients without forcing them for personal training, but one should definitely try their personal trainer routine, great ambience, crowd, equipments, staff and most importantly the owners. Without fail you should try this out. I just shared my genuine review over gym after trying all the gyms in nagpur.
