★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, but bad maintenance , the pipes have flawed design, as a result walls all around are damp and emit dangerous calcium fumes, a lot of noise from Corinthian club ,stray dogs and uneducated people talking really loudly. A lot of sound echo.. i moved out in 3 months, could not take it longer.
Overall- great location, spacious but not for peaceful/ healthy living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society in Pune , they are only exploiting tenants here , they charge for move-in , move - out and club house even if it has not been used by the tenants . They charged us 15k we just the moving out charges (which is a lot ) and the construction quality is pathetic, think 10 times before shifting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marvel Isola is a well laid out apartment system. Is got ample of public space as well as parking. The apartments, each of them are well laid out and spacious. Especially the balconies with a slanting glass frame. Its located right next to Corathian Club, on NIBM road. The roads leading to apartment is narrow, hopefully new widened roads will do the trick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained society. All the amenities like swimming pool, gym, library, indoor game room, kids play area are looked after very well.
Recently, the society has done a lot in improving its green cover.. many palm trees enhance the beauty of the society. Ample parking space is available even for the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cement plant near society = health hazard, dirty air and water, only a matter of time we have lung diseases and skin infections.
car parking is a swimming pool, smells like sewage
walls are damp because of faulty pipelines, this leads to respiratory infections and allergies and fungus. the geyser short circuited, the drainage gets blocked and marble flooring got damaged.
these are the problems, was staying here for 1 year, sold my property and bid goodbye. health is more important than everything else. good luck.
