★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is polite and nice in this particular building (i.e. Marwadi headquarters) BUT Marwadi as a stock broker is worse. They are more of a conventional stock broker who can't keep up with the technology. I am not comparing them with newer discount brokers like Zerodha or Upstox, I am comparing Marwadi with its full service broker peers like Motilal Oswal, Sharekhan, Angel broking, Edelweiss etc. Many of their staff know little about online trading facilities.

If you are just a beginner in share market, staff is not at all supportive. You will not get enough support and guidance from the staff who are directly in touch with customers. You will only get guidance and support if you will get angry on them. For offline experts, it's good. Their mobile app and website is too much confusing - mess with lots of features. IMPROVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT/SERVICE - TRAIN STAFF-HOW TO TALK/GUIDE. MAKE APP AND WEBSITE SIMPLER.
