โ โ โ โ โ Very burst and third class service take appointment for service and hold my car while I have reached till12:00pm even confirmed to miss ruby over call even not provide charges correctly first time, charges change while i have reached my home service provider call me and suggest for extra and increase charges, that was very high rate even they are always try to forcefully apply for AMC while I am having Gold Card Book they are not understanding about that...
Really very pethatic service...

โ โ โ โ โ My sincere advice for those who might be thinking of going for TATA cars, is that you must pause for a moment and give a second thought before wasting your hard earned money on any TATA car. Let me make it clear, TATA cars are undoubtedly very very good, but as per my experience, TATA service(mascot motors)is extremely poor. The reason may be that TATA Mascot motors has never thought of Customer Satisfaction aspect, or might be some or many other reasons. Hope, TATA addresses this issue.
