Truly disappointed with their UNPROFESSIONAL service. They are loyal to the customer only till the point where they are paid.
I bought a custom-rig desktop for Rs.1,25,000 from their Delhi store under an understanding with the owner Mr. Anish Soni that it'll be shipped to my hometown for free using their corporate FedEx account, since I were to leave Delhi soon. Its been over 7 MONTHS and they have refused to ship it yet! Till now they have been blaming the CoVID-19 scenario to have hampered the shipping service. And now they are asking me to collect it myself!
Maybe their business has truly suffered due to CoVID-19 but this is highly unethical. So think twice before you make the payment and do expect repercussions!!
P.S: I've the conversation with Mr. Anish Soni to support my claim.

If it Possible then i like to build a custom rig very soon...
i have old pc so thats why i m upgrade a new one...

I totally recommend ordering from them if anyone wants to build a Gaming PC without any second thoughts.
They assembled my PC the same day I made an order that too infront of me (live via IP Camera)
The packaging of the Cabinet was way more awesome than Amazon has ever done, they even reinforce the package by putting wooden brackets around the cabinet.
My cabinet was Antec P120 Crystal and I was worried about it (that how it will be hamdled by the delivery guys), but when I found my order I was too glad to see everything perfectly packed.
The cabinet was entirely stuffed with foam so that the internal components do not move or get damaged, it took almost 40 minutes to open the package.
They are the best for PC building according to me.
Bitkart is highly recommended.
Self pickup is also possible if you live in NCR region or if you can come to their Delhi store.
They gave all the boxes of every component they fitted in my cabinet.
I am eagerly looking forward for future builds with Bitkart.
PS: I did not buy a graphics card from them, as I am waiting for RTX 3070
