The company and the lady who deals with customers, both are a big Fraud.
We took a dealership from her in Odisha, there is no after sales service.
There are many issues with the machine and the mats. She asked to send back the defective parts back to her , it's almost a year now, she doesn't recieves phone, neither she responds to messages.
Never buy any products from such non-ethhical people.
Machine stopped working within a year.
