My recent experience, when i took a product under warranty bought from Mataji electricals, to ask for warranty support, he refused saying he will only provide warranty upto 1 year for a product with 2 years warranty, at his own discretion. I'm left to myself to work this with the manufacturer when typically the retailers are supposed to honour warranty.
He talks rough and rude as well. Beware of this vendor.
