★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. There is no proper system of token. If you have relations with the doctor Or if you are a big shot than u do not need to take a prior appointment you will be treated first, no matter if there are 10 prior appointment patients. Also, in between patients.
If using token system make sure its followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital OPD only one docter is sitting that is very slow because very old hand/old age.only able to handle 25 to 35 person only.Staff is bit faster in work & friendly.Treatment is ok.car parking is the big issue inside & outside the hospital.sitting/waiting area is very small only able to handle 35 to 40 person only.

They took great care to ensure the comfort and safety of my father. We interacted and want to thank Dr Bindra and his staff Shweta & Ram for their support.

I highly recommend people to close their eyes and trust Matashree Netralaya for having a better life altogether. You'll feel you are home and doctors will care for you as you are their family. Don't give a second thought just make your eyes and lives better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chahveer and spouse Dr. Preeti kataria are deemed as eye specialist but according to my experience they are not specialist. Dr. Preeti is very much arrogant, impulsive and not explained the prescription to the patients completely. Dr. Chahveer is friendly in nature but hevis too unprofessional..... Hospital management charges high cost loot the patients only by offering two types of attractive schemes of surgery (lasik) HD & normal version.... There are no 100% chances of complete recovery of eyes after lasik... They only assure you within 1 week u will be recover.. Time passes 1 month, 2 month, 3 month.... After 3 months you again become new patient for them they uneccessary charge you... Assure you that recovery process is slow it depends on ur body and they are free abd u became fool... Complete successful business of looting public

Now my vision is so good. I also appreciate sir's behaviour and care. I prefer to others the hospital and doctor are so great.
