I am this gas from 8 months. But from last 3 months onwards weight of the gas not coming properly. We infromed agency man he say that .this is private gas dont bleme like he is awsering bad experince.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good shop at a prime location in Panathur for all gas stove and cooker repair work. The service can be tremendously slow sometimes if they don't have the item needed. The shop owners are curteous and try to get the item fixed instead of saying not possible. Pocket friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agency agents are very rude. We ordered a cylinder during lockdown because ours was just about to finish. So when the guy came he asked us to give 1800 deposit since we weren't giving him the empty cylinder back and told us he'll return the whole amount once we'll return it.
When we call them again to collect back the cylinder and return the deposit they said we'll give 900 only nothing more.
They claimed that this is the company policy even though there guy who came with the cylinder said different things.
On threatening them that we'll complain their boss said we'll give 1400 back because 400 is of service charge.
The distance between the company and my flat is only 3 kms so why this much charge.
I'm so disappointed with their service and there's no authenticity with these guys.
