β β β β β I never ever seen this kind of worst gas cylinder service provider. Cylinder will come for deliver after one week cylinder deliver message to our mobile. They will demand delivery charges.

β β β β β Worstβ¦ worst .. worst service. I visited and booked gas cylinder.they promised they would deliver within 2 days but even 1 week also no response till u do multiple visits..
I strongly recommend not to visit this gas service. Staff there has no commitment .very disappointing service

β β β β β From 3 days iam trying to call no one is responding , and house is very near to agency even though they charge 50rs extra , so i buy directly through agency , some times sunday will be opened staff will not response in good manner.

β β β β β Good. They are providing gas in hand with in ordered few hours.... Must you have to buy directly in few hours. Otherwise they are delivering one or two days in ordering days.

β β β β β One of the worst service I have ever seen,??
I have booked the new connection and made the full and final payment then and there itself and as they said it suppose to get delivered within 2 days which they failed, and after multiple follow-up through the phone call and several visits they gave me reasons of internal issues which was not my fault, finally after a week they delivered and the person who came for the delivery around 9.00pm he told me that, he will come in the morning for connection where he also again failed... ???
And again with lots of follow-up after a week one person came for connection when I was not available at home, and he also not helpful, when my wife said to take the cylinder to downstairs for a connection he said it's not possible from my side and he made my wife to lift the cylinder and she was pregnant and also top of that he was asking 220 rupees as a connection fees.... Which I refused to give... and I didn't gave...
Literally am very disappointed with these kind of poor, worst and cruel service
You guys really have to look into it and make your customers happy... that's what will be a matter on end of the day....

β β β β β Delivery issues. Cylinder will not be delivered but still you will get delivery acknowledged message. It's not once repeatedly. And this is repeatedly happening for every time booking is done.
It's a waste of calling their office number, because they take hours to pick up the call. Luckily if you get connected, simple answer we will get it delivered soon. Again it will be a repetitive issue, which will never get solved.
