★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No paid parking this side. You can your vehicle on your risk. There is no congestion to reach here from the new bus stand Mathura. The public convenience ? available. You can get public transport From here. There is also travellers waiting area. For going Sri Krishna Janam bhumi or vrindavan or any other place you can come this gate number 2 side. Less crowded so may be not good to come this side in Nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the basic facilities are there such as ramps, stairs, snack shops, washrooms , charging points, enquiry counter, etc.
One thing that I observed and might help you - As soon any passenger arrives autorikshaw drivers gather around and will ask you to pay their fix amount to drop you at your location. Normally they are asking higher. You can bargin with them but it will consume your energy. One way is to book a cab by any app such as ola, uber etc. In my case I didn' t got any app to work properly due to bad server. In this senerio I will recommend you to go out little bit from station ask a pooling auto or any other distant auto going in your destination. They will give you lower price or will come to their lower end easily. ?
