Four peoples in one room.... One toilet and one bathroom for three rooms..... Toilet bathroom cleaned every sunday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rent taken is very high compared to the quality of stay....no maintainance of property by the warden and owner.also they charge additional in case of festivals for maintainance.also there are leakages at places and even the rooms aren't maintained and kept well for years.I would personally suggest some other place for accommodation than this as it is not well for stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Rent 2500 (getting increased after diwali of 2018 i.e. 3000)
2. Deposit 5000 ( while leaving this place you will get rs 2500 return from the deposit and the keep 2500 as their maintainance )
3. Getting to the reviwe i can say that the rooms are not that great but are spacious and big as compared to other hostels in this area but they are renovating them by painting and other stuff soon to get better ( after which the rent is going to increase from 2500 to 3000)
4. The toilet and bathrooms are cleaned on every saturday they hav a 24 hrs drinking and using water supply
5. Because the rooms are not maintained properly and neglected cleanliness by the owner some of the beds have bedbugs but some are clean
6. The terace is open 24 hrs
7. Ample parking space for 2 wheelers
Its a nice place but could get better hoping to be better after the maintainance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is Good but you have to pay extra money at start. If rent is 3000 and deposit is 5000. When you want to leave from here you will not get full deposit in return you get half of deposit I.e. 2500 and you are going to meet "dhekun" in Marathi ?
