★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for forehead and upper lip waxing a week before my wedding. The lady who did my service burnt my skin on forehead as well as upperlip. I am left with scar before my wedding. No apologies nothing. I wont recommend ever this salon. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vary bad service in haircut.. As I goes there on 28th June.. Tottaly un trained staf who have no idea of hair styling.. Older artist was good skilled. I will never raffer any body there for men's hair service. .. Poor experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this salon for last 3 years. I've been through all the ownership changes etc but have always received a very satisfied service. However this time, they have started to price extensively higher then when they were associated with Lakme and not give the same quality service. For your regular services like threading, Divya and Sapna are great. I would not recommend it for anything else especially haircuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although servies was nice but I do not recommend for different hair styles and cuts because they are expert in what they know which is common. My experience with this salon was good but not great, today was my last time I have visit it, I’m not going in again. They butcher my hair, don’t have any experience in what customer wants, the hair stylist is all - I know what you want.
I just wanted new hair style and in blink of my eyes half of my hair was gone.
If you decided to go there for your hair cut! Please don’t use your brain ? just let them do what they are expert in or else your hair are butchered.....like mine
