★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor Dr. Gunjan Gupta Ma'am, suggested us this hospital Matrika Indirapuram. We went by her suggestion & this prooved to be the best decision ?. I was expecting twins & that too i had a preterm delivery . Dr. Ramlingam Sir (Pediatrician & heading NICU) & his team here at Matrika Hospital is highly expert & professional?. They took great care of my kids and gave us the healthy kids after few days of observation in NICU ?. Also i had a severe complication after my c-section delivery, but Dr. Neeraj Sir himself stood by side & made me stable within few hours. Many expert doctors visited me within next 24 hours & took great care of me ?.
The internal onboard doctors & staff of Matrika Hospital are the best. They are always ready to help & guide the patient. Even the work of HR, Admin & other house keeping staff is also commendable✌.
Me & my husband, we both are too satisfied with the treatment at Matrika Hospital.
I would like to suggest this hospital to all those who are expecting ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I delivered my baby at Matrika hospital, and my experience throughout was excellent from the time when I went there for labour room tour, till date when I m still visiting for the routine check ups. Dr. Neeraj Mishra, the director, is the best doctor and he is very cooperative when it comes to your issues which require special care and handling, he is very down to earth and is always available to provide you the best support. Kamini at reception is also great in public dealing and provides you all the right advices and required information at every step with that extra personal care. And at last Sister Grace and Sister Moi are the best nurses, they very well know and understand new born babies and also the care new moms require, all the staff are very well trained and are always available to help and support you.
I thank each and every member of Matrika family to be there and provide me all the strength and support at the very crucial yet pleasant time of my life. Thanks and all the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my baby girl through c-sec on 23rd december 2019, I would like to thank all doctors and nursing staff for an excellent service provided by the hospital. The Hospital is very well managed with courteous and experienced nursing staff. All doctors are highly qualified and and very experienced. I did not face even an iota of difficulty. Everything went smooth and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a great experience at Matrika hospital. I am recently blessed with a baby girl. The stay at the hospital was good and staff was friendly. The cleanliness was good. Nurses took a very good care of me and my child. I will definitely recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff nurse Rakhi is very rude not even to patients but to fellow staff as well. It seems she had some prejudictions before admitting patients. Too costly and misbehavior of staff is like double slap on patient and attendent. They treated my 5 months old baby very inhumanly. Did not clean the ward even once though it was ICU. I had to clean and feed my son by myself though it was their duty. My son's blood was coming out from vein in dip pipe and she replied that vein hai blood to aayega and she didn't do anything. She treated my child and us with such disgust that I cried. They are extracting money from me without treating my child. Such pathetic staff and management. When talked to management They even charged extra money for ICU from me whereas they charged less from other patients.they actually treated me like ATM only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience at Matrika Hospital, Indirapuram. We got our first baby deliver here. Its a great hospital with no rush and very very supporting staff that includes doctors, nurses, accounting, cleaning staff, kitchen staff and security guards too. They all were very helpful, humble and you won't feel this comfort anywhere else.
Special thanks to Dr. Pooja Gupta, who manage to operate in short span of time (within 2-3 hours) on a weekend. She managed Pediatrician, Anesthetist quickly for the emergency case.

1. I was not provided bed on first day
2. Hygiene was poor (Pic attached to show cleanliness of sheet)
3. The patient bed didn’t had feeding table
4. Bed had manual levers to up and down the bed
5. Patient bed usually has register to enter into records what medicines was given at what time , but no such protocol was there.
6. Attendant room was filled with flies.
7. Billing was overpriced, I can substantiate if they ask for it
8. Poor communication between their team
Overall very poor experience, I will never recommend anyone. No proper feedback mechanism available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apollo has been the best place for maternity an child care. Nursing staff and Doctors have done miracle to our Angel. All thanks to all of them. Admin staff and other support staff is really cooperative here.
