I asked for an ash blonde and they bleached my hair and turned it yellow, for 2500 (shorter than shoulder length) , when I went home I was devastated. The next day I took my own colour tube and asked them to do that shade, for which also they charged me 500. Just a money making business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too over priced compared to the quality of service provided. Also, I was told different rates before. After I got done with the hair coloring and haircut, I was asked to pay almost double. They should display the fixed prices of services clearly so that the customer doesn't feel fooled.
