★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait for 40 mins even after appointment. The place was empty though. Barber not interested in cutting and just did some random guy job. Throughout the haircut was pulling my hair, while cutting. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of highlights. The other stylists guide the customers, here it seems they experiment. I asked for brown colour but they did blonde. And didn't use colour depositer also. I wasted my time, money and my hair quality. I visited the salon because Matrix is a brand. My biggest mistake.

Everyone is quite friendly and provides with proper services.
They also maintain proper sanitization and COVID protocols.
Looking forward to visit soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once had a bad experience bt was corrected, that's pretty much humbleness of d staff n all.... Bt on visiting again n facing same flaws on each visit is really a matter of seriousness what we call that is lack of training....Upon that the worst part is rudeness n Improfessionalism u get as a solution. So never gonna visit nw... N highly dnt recommend either....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager charged different amount with my relatives for similar kind of hairstyle just in the duration of 3 days.
And when we told manager about this then she tried to justify that they take same amount always but when we show the GPay Payment receipt, she kept her mouth quiet. But she did not return the extra money she took. Really very bad experience.
IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY CHOICE THEN ALWAYS ASK THE AMOUNT BEFORE BOOKING.
