★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to tell them what to do. Pathetic hair cut, pathetic service. They are not Matrix but just some local shop. They don't even turn on Fan while having haircut. And after haircut they don't even blow all hair out, not even they apply powder or aftershave lotion. Just do not go here if you don't want to have a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I took haircut from here. It was the worst experience of any hair salons could be. They charge so much higher for this kind of poor services. That dresser cut my hair only in 5 minutes and did not even dried hair properly. I will give zero stars if there could be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for Hair Straightening , lady owner or manager was very unprofessional and was shouting on staff in front of clients . No etiquette to speak to customers. There was no covid precautions taken at the salon. Moreover Straightening procedure was done in a pathetic manner, also it didn't even last for 10 days properly . Very poor service, not worth the money spent .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to matrix (Sudama Nagar) for my kertain treatment, kerafusion. The results are no where near my previous treatment and the staff kept on pressing on buying their products. I am aware of the importance of sulphate free products and was using the same when I had my previous treatment done. Feeling stupid for trying a new place.. total waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the MATRIX salon for the first time and I'd never suggest this salon to anyone going for haircut.
1. No COVID protocols were followed. (No sanitizers, no masks)
2. Very unhygienic.
3. I was not willing to get the hair wash done but the lady forced me to get my hair 'rinsed'. I said just rinse them as I already had my hair washed from home. After rinsing, the person applied conditioner without asking me!
Later, the towel used by them for my hair was not washed and straight away left to dry under the sun! (which pretty much explains how the salon works)
4. The lady (hairdresser) asked me how I want the haircut to be, I showed her the picture and she understood what was to be done. The outcome was completely different. (which shows the professionals lack the skill required for their profession)
5. Looking at the outcome, I refused to get the blow dry done to which she replied the haircut is looking different (from the picture that I showed) because I am not getting the blow dry done. We all can collectively laugh at the reason.
Suggestion to the owner - Instead of firing the present hairdressers, get them trained properly. The reviews show that the similar issues were faced by the clients.
